How do I request the complimentary consultation?

The consultation is arranged directly with Suubi; it is not currently listed on the public Jane booking page.
What can I book online?
Boon's public Jane page lists evaluation and treatment visits. Open Jane to view the current appointment types and available times. If you are unsure which appointment to choose, call or email Suubi before booking.
Where should I go for my clinic appointment?

How do payment and insurance work?
Boon is a cash-pay practice: you pay Boon directly rather than Boon billing your insurance. Boon provides a superbill, a coded receipt you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement depends on your plan and is not guaranteed. Contact your insurer to confirm your benefits.
What should I wear and bring to my first appointment?
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Bring a medication list and any relevant referral, imaging reports, surgical restrictions, or previous physical therapy notes you already have. It can help to write down the concerns and goals you want to discuss with Suubi.
